Very friendly and helpful geek squad staff. I had an iPhone repair appointment but they could not repair while you wait - even with multiple techs working today. (Disappointing) So had to transfer to the apple store 2 miles away. If phone replacement was required Best Buy staffer also offered that it would take 2 days to 2 weeks, so going direct to the genius bar at the apple store is the way to go.

Shimin was such a delight. She explained all the information that we didn't know we needed. Not only did she get the best suited laptop for my sister she also matched one for a much cheaper price.
They don't answer the phone. I've been on hold for a total of 30 minutes now.
Customer service floor guy was cool as heck! Walked in was immediately instructed where to go someone helped me make sure I got the right item and seamless hasty checkout. Not a bad experience what so ever.
