This is a large and typical beach store selling Virginia Beach-themed clothing, swimsuits, swim cover-ups, flip flops, SPF, and little momentos to take home.nnIt's well-stocked with all the goodies you might need if you forgot something, or, if you didn't but want something to remember your beach weekend by like a tye-dye VAB t-shirt.nnThey have some play items for water as well like cheap boogie boards and floaties and snorkel masks.nnIt's a must-have store for a beach location so I'm glad it's here. I've stopped in to browse cover-ups before and look around and found an abundance of keychains and cute little items as gifts.nnLove the SPF section because they have a ton in case you forget something.nnStaff are usually young locals but are friendly.
You know you'll end up walking into a Sunsations when at the beach. Sames stuff but good service. Cool stuff to look at.
I was in VA Beach for my birthday in July. I bought the medium sized hermit crab bundle yet was given a small hermit crab. Now my poor crab is exposed because his original shell is too small and the one I bought for him to use after, is too big. It's very hard to come by shells for hermit crabs where I live and I am worried he will die without a shell. I am very upset.
Went in for a kite. Nice supply to choose from. The service was great. The clerk showed us where to find the kites and we are happy with the entire experience. Thank you
