Just wanted to thank Jeriel for helping me pick out the correct size boots for me.nHe took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me with cleaning products.nI went to the other redwing store on the peninsula and wasn't that impressed.

Very friendly and helpful service but very limited selection at this location.

I've come multiple times and the dumb 2 customer policy has literally prevented me from entering the store and buying shoes each time. Only 2? Seriously? Like 5-10 would make way more sense.

We live closer to the Chesapeake store however the customer service and the selection is better at the Independence Virginia Beach store. Tevin did an excellent job helping us, we ended buying 2 shoes and 2 insoles.

Excellent experience. Great service.
