Avoid the lab clinic! Its take a number and have a seat despite being set up with an appointment with the VA. I checked in (0900) and picked #10 for a 0930 lab appointment. I walked out without getting my lab work done at 1000 because they were only on #5. I don't think they care that I had to fast the night before. They are EXTREMELY slow. There was only one individual pulling your labs and he was running about 1 person every 20 minutes. This was my first dealings with any VA assistance and it was a horrible experience that needs fixed.
I was SO surprised at the polite and quick service here. Keep up the great work.
