If I could give this place a zero stars I would. First off the website only lists a phone number, one they NEVER answer. I tried call atleast 20 different times and it is NEVER answered and no voicemail. I am unsure of the fax number because it is not listed on the website and no one answers the phone to tell you it. My doctor’s office said they faxed my labs orders, so I figure they had the correct fax number. I get there and check in, I ask if they can confirm they received the faxed orders. They say only the registration person can, but to confirm with my doctor office. Well my office emailed saying they were faxed, so I just need to make sure you received them. Nope made me wait 35 minutes in my car until it was my turn for registration and shocker...no lab order. So I had to call my doctor office and get it re-faxed and wait again. Put the fax number on your website and have a way to confirm orders were received. So much waiting when I could have taken care of this prior to coming in if someone had answered the phone or there was a way to confirm faxed orders were in fact received. I have mychart, why isn’t there a simpler way?!?! Granted my labs are fasting and it’s now 10:15 and I haven’t eat or had coffee so I am also not in the best of moods, but being inconvenienced for no reason is super frustrating. This was not easy, fast, or convenient in the slightest.
