Dr Radkar doesn't call when she's supposed to. This has happened several times since my treatment started in December 2019nDr Radkar called this morning. There was a misunderstanding ,her Secretary didn't relay my message to her. It's all good now. I have a face time appointment with her tomorrow

My Dr. faxed a referral, no response from Va Oncology. I called and left message, no response. I called again they said to fax it again and I would hear. Sent fax and still did not hear. Now on my 5th phone call, been on hold for 10 minutes. Poorly managed. Wish there was another good group in Va Bch.nnUpdate: Now that I connected with VOA everything is perfect. No issues now booking appointment. Dr. Lee took time to answer all my questions. Good responses, I trust him.

I love this location. The staff are awesome. I see doctor Bremer and she is wonderful and only wants what's best for me. Eric is awesome too.. and I love the nurses! I'm a very nervous patient since my diagnosis and all the staff know and work with me on that. I feel safe and secure here that I will get the best care possible.nLove from your weirdest patient,nReese Espositon❤

My doctor is amazing but the front desk and appointment schedulers are not nice at all .. when you call for information it's like you are disturbing them the way the answer to question will make you feel more bad. I think they have to be sweet with us and it's suppose to be their job ...

Came early for my appt. Wasn't seen for 2hours! !nobody came into my room, it wasn't crowded but others were seen before me. Didn't get my infusion of to see a doctor. They take long each time very unprofessional!!DO NOT GO HERE. I walked out I will never step foot in here. You check a person in and then notice they're gone eventually, you don't call ur patients to see what's going on let alone listen to them. It's ridiculous .
