One of the best kept secrets in the Shenandoah Valley! The best service and quickest turnarounds ever expected. We must do our part to help keep businesses like Brenda’s functioning during this pandemic. Great customer service and excellent workmanship on my trumpet repairs. I dropped it off on a Thursday and was called to receive it back the very next day, not even 23 hours later. I was impressed by the gleam that she returned to the horn, and the detail she invested, down to replacing my paper clip I’d used to retain my 3rd value slide with locking nuts. Brenda's Shoppe has always done great work for me. The techs really know their stuff and customer service is always amazing. There's no one else I trust with my instruments! They also offer pick up and drop offs from music stores all over the area which is really convenient. Turn around time is fast and prices are always fair!
