Not sure what these bad reviews are about, the manager and his assistant at the front were super nice to me and getting a new phone was super smooth! I've never had a bad experience here, this store deserves better recognition! Thank you so much for your all's help again!

Very unprofessional and untrained!!! They have made statements to help and then lied straight to my face! I have called customer service many times to receive help and they tell me what they can do and have the store call them and they will discuss what they have put into their notes!! Still nothing!! Woodstock Virginia’s Sprint store has they worst team of people and constantly adding issues or lying on their products and services!! I’m trying to hard to get away from them but to no avail, I’m always paying something that I don’t have a record for!!!

Definitely not the staffs fault and I understand that completely. Every time I come to a sprint store in general they have no way to help you and they say you have to do it online. Can’t upgrade my phone here without paying a additional 200$ I have to do it online. can’t add someone else to my account I have to do it online. Why is there a brick and mortal store here if I have to do everything onlineud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♂ufe0fud83dude45‍♂ufe0f

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. The staff was never nice to us and kept being rude to us whenever we just needed a refund because all they did was rip us off.
