Buffalo Wild Wings

I went to Buffalo wild wings this evening on my way to work I spent $26 and some change I got 10 wings onion rings and coleslaw. the coleslaw came in a bowl 4 399 they gave me a scoop of what they call coleslaw which consists of cabbage and carrots not the not the traditional coleslaw that you get the onion rings I got for onion rings for 499 for the price of what I paid was not worth the child's portion of food I was given the wings were good I'll give them thatother than that that one on Independence and Columbus Street I will not be doing no more business with

Nice place but waiting too long for the waiters and food

One of my favorite casual spots. I have been a true customer over the years in Indiana and Florida.nSo, I had to stop by and pay them a visit in Virginia Beach....well, the place was really crowded! The host (Ian) was very cool, and very helpful .. he ensure I had a table within 15 minutes of my arrival! While waiting I was able to order myself a cold one! Once I got a table it took about 10+ minutes before my server came to take my order. I could tell she was overwhelmed, and rushing. She got my order very fast...after another 20 minutes, my order arrived...BARELY warm! The Cole slaw tasted maybe like a carrot salad... not sure what that was, but sure tasted nowhere close to.cole slaw....the wings and fries tasted WONDERFUL, despite the inadequate temperature. I wasn't upset..my take was..they were all doing their best...I was by myself, so they probably didn't see me as a priority..they we really busy!.. would I go back? Well, if I were by my lonesome again, I'd do a take out order, but wouldn't sit down again...I mean, I wasn't done and they brought my check..I had only had one beer, and ordered another one instead!! Having said all that, Buffalo Wild Wings is still my number ONE place for wings and beer! They are awesome, their food is delicious. My experience today is not representative of what I have experienced throughout the years! I will always visit them anywhere I go, and they are around!! And I will ALWAYS recommend them!!

Ordered our wings online at 5:20 with a pick up time of 6:40. When we arrived to pick up, we were told they would call when the wings were ready. At 7:05 we still have no food. I have had nothing but horrible service with this location and will drive to the other side of town for better service from now on.ETA: after we paid for the order they put us in the system and we got a text the food would be available in 2 more hours. My daughter asked for a refund and they said “it should be in your account in 8 business days max.” Still no refund.

It wasn't good on April 11. The Waitress was Great. But the kitchen was something else, I have been there plenty of times. My order with chips N chili, cheese. Was cold and I don't know what the hell happened to the Cheese N Chili but it isn't on my order that should have been hot. That was the aptizer. 55 min. And still don't have our dinner. We gave up had waited long enough. Won't be there again for a while.
