This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Virginia Beach area. The menu is a good size and there are always specials. If you're dining with a group, there will be something to please anyone.nnI have been eating here for about 5 years and I have NEVER had even close to a bad experience. The food is always really good and the service is always pleasant and on time.nnOn a busy weekend night you may have about a 20 minute wait to be seated but we rarely wait longer than that.nnThis is our go-to place for a nice, relaxed dinner out with great food. We always know we will be happy at No Frill.nn***UPDATE*** 2020nUnfortunately, we do not eat here nearly as often anymore. Everything that was usually so great has really fallen off in the past year or two.nnThe service is a bit lax, mix ups with drink orders, mix ups with special requests for food. And the food is no longer the same quality that we had come to expect. Really hoping management will get the ship turned back around on this one as it's far from a go to in our book anymore.

First Time visiting. The food was good I like their famous chili a lot adding the sour cream was a good choice. Our server was very nice and made sure our drinks were refilled. For appetizers we ordered Buffalo Chicken Tenders and Nachos. For the entrees we had Cheeseburger Platter, Crab Cakes, Seafood Trilogy, N.Y. Strip Steak, and An Enchilada. As for my rating I rated it that way because I feel this the type of place you return to once and while. The atmosphere is nice, classic diner vibe.

First time eating at this one (we had eaten at the one in Ghent a few times). There was a wait, but not bad at all. The food was wonderful. The Crab Benedict was incredible! The menu is not loaded but has a solid mix of choices. We also had dessert. My Key Lime Pie was the right mix of sweet and tart. All around fantastic place to eat! Service was great!

First visit here and you definitely get your money’s worth. The portions are huge. The gluten free options are amazing. The service was good. The only downside was the end when you paid. They have a handheld device to take your card where the server is put in the position of standing over you while you tip them and sign. When I asked if I could get mine printed out to fill out to not use the handheld device that wasn’t an option. It’s an awkward moment with it being held over you and for you while you try to figure out your tip and sign a screen.

I absolutely love everything about this place. The staff is incredibly attentive. They all work together, super supportive of each other, and it shows. The food is amazing and we truly have a strong customer service experience every time we go. I am so grateful to have this restaurant just up the street from us.
