Ocean 27

The food was absolutely amazing, service was great. We had the deviled crab cakes the gator tail quesadillas and the fish and chips and everything was perfect wasn't too spicy but wasn't too cool great flavor. If you are on the oceanfront ocean 27 is a stop you have to make..

if i could give less stars i would. This place is so unorganized and the manager thinks it’s okay to blame the customers for their lack of proper service. My boyfriend and i sat down and waited about 10 minutes just to get greeted. The waitress told us that the crab dip came with pita chips, and it really came with tortilla chips. At this point we were enjoying our drinks, and it really wasn’t that big of a deal. We moved our seats because we wanted to sit in the sun, we asked the host if that was okay, she assured us it was. so we moved. when the waitress finally came back out she also ASSURED us it was OKAY that we had moved. at this time there was less then 5 tables sat, waiting to be waited on. We ordered another round of drinks and our food had been in the system for 30 minutes. we waited another 30 minutes until we walked up and asked what happened to our order. The waitress came to the table saying they gave our food to a different table. We decided to pay for what we already ate and leave. There was no discount applied and when i asked the manager he blamed us for moving and that it’s the first day that they are open and “what do we expect.” This establishment shouldn’t be able to conduct buisness. as we were waiting for our food there had been 5-6 tables that no one went to for drinks. no organization, and careless when they mess up. the review should be 0 cause they also gave another woman her order wrong 4 times, and the manger didn’t make that right for her after the second mess up. terrible service, and no one knows what their doing, including management. will never return.

Outstanding Dinner! We waited more than 25 minutes for our food but, the food was delicious. The server was attentive and we even got a free round of drinks as compensation for the waiting time! The background music was great selection from the 80's. The outdoor scenario was perfectly beautiful with the board walk, pedestrians, tricycles and the ocean further down just like in a movie.

Couldn't advise on food. Service was complete zero so our group eventually walked out. After they seated us and provided menus, waitstaff just never came back. Only 3 tables in entire oceanfront restaurant had customers. No one in our section to even get their attention.
