Checked in Tuesday night and left this morning. The people were friendly, and the room was nice looking and super clean, beds very comfortable and as hard as I checked over the whole room (316) I found zero bugs... beyond impressed especially considering what I paid ! Definitely would stay here again.
A quick 5 hours stay. Got a king size bed, the room was neat and very clean. The bathroom was sparkling clean and the front desk person was very communicative.
The lady that checked us in went above and beyond with customer service. When she found out it was our Anniversary trip she ran up to our room and spread around rose petals & heart chocolates for us. How sweet & thoughtful! The room was mostly clean (thick dust on bottom half of bathroom door & pink crud in corners & bottom edge of shower). The walk-in shower was awesome though & bed was very comfortable. That said...we would stay here again.
I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. I am traveling with my pets and the rate for both the room and the pet charge was reasonable, Tabitha, the front desk lady was SO FRIENDLY! I will stay here again and again!
A wonderful hotel, very clean, and great customer service. Convenient to the I81and downtown Woodstock and surrounding towns in Shenandoah County. A great stay.
