You absolutely have to stop at Bean's, whether you are a local or just driving along I-81 (for travelers - pack a cooler to take this stuff home)! I don't know how long we have been eating at Bean's, but whenever we are in the area, we call ahead on Thursday and reserve a pound or 2 of brisket. Then, when we get there, we order pulled pork to go, or deconstructed pork sandwiches to go. It's true that eating there is almost like eating outside at a picnic table, but who cares? The food is fantastic!
The pulled pork sandwich was out of this world. I highly recommend stopping through for lunch or dinner if you get the opportunity

I've been eating at Bean's BBQ for several years now. Always fresh. Always good. Better bring a appetite, servings are very generous in size. Can't beat it for the money and consistency. Highly recommend.
I'd say stop by if you're in the area, but if you haven't called ahead there's a chance there isn't going to be anything left! That's how good this place is. The ribs are excellent and bbq sauce(s) are fantastic. Also, the brisket does not disappoint.
