The service is outstanding and the Prices aren't bad

So I’ve never had an issue with hibbett sports until now I have spent money in there before and I’m a VIP member but this experience was a little different for me I won the raffle for the retro Jordan’s that cam out and I follow the steps I called let them know I would be there to pick up my shoes I received a message from hibbett to be there by 12 which I was but do to Covid they are looking the doors and letting people in 2 at a time which really didn’t make a didifference because the store was packed once I got in the store I had to stand in line for an additional 10 minutes and then when I got to the front I let them no I was a raffle winner here to pick up my shoes sales associate went to the back to then come back to tell me my shoes where not there and because it’s after 12 they got sold I said well I got here before that and I waited for almost a half hour so basically you’re telling me my shoes got sold before 12 I know how this works I just felt like i won how do you sell my shoe
