Went to exchange a product that had a flaw, the staff was extremely unhelpful and it was a struggle to even get the exchange done, they ended up charging me extra for the exchange because they would only refund the lowest price that it was marked at instead of the price i bought it at. Very poor customer service.
I love all Francesca stores! The people who work here really know fashion and always offer help! Plus they always have awesome sales going on.
I love the style and the amazing deals, but every time I have come in there the employees act like they have a chip on their shoulder. The manager is helpful and kind but the employees not so much..I even had one of them tell me that a dress looked bad on me. Not too happy with the over all customer service. But love the clothes!
This store is very charming and the women I met were a pleasure to meet and chat with! A great place for cute clothes and nice gifts. Found out there’s a 10% discount when you signup and there’s a student discount! Always a plus
