I went to cricket to pay my bill & the employee Antonio was great he assisted me with my bill pay and asked if was interested in auto letting me know how much I could save a month on my phone bill I kindly let him know I wasn't interested in enrolling into autopay today the manager NICK on the other hand stepped in and started repeating everything the employee just offered me and wouldn't let me just continue to pay my bill so I could leave i felt harassed and felt as I was being forced to do some I had already declined with him standing there with the guy Antonio . I never had that kind of experience at cricket but that day I was very uncomfortable and ignored by the pressure the manager was giving NO means NO sad to say I will be leaving cricket...
My experience at cricket was amazing!! The employees Shanita & Antonio was wonderful they both assisted me they have great team work! I'm happy with my LGK92!!!!!!
I absolutely love this location they are great people and they take care of there employees always looking out for the best plan and deals
