The food is good.nnThe service is not. If you promise your customers that food is ready in 20 minutes, it should be ready in 20 minutes.nnI can understand that it might take longer, but I don’t see any reason why I should pay for service fee if service was bad.nnIf you charge a service fee, you have to provide an appropriate SERVICE to your customers.nnThat would be fair.

Love their sushi rolls. Have been ordering for several years now, the stuff always was nice to me. But the service has changed lately. To start with, they were very rude on a phone, put me on a hold for five minutes, and then I got disconnected. When I finally was able to get on a phone with them again and place my order, I asked specifically how long my order will take as I guessed they were busy or something. I was told it will be ready in 25 minutes. When I arrived exactly in 25 minutes, the food was not ready, and when I asked if I at least can pay for my order, the server yelled “ not yet” and walked away. The place was slow, they had just three- four tables inside. The people who had a take out as well literally asked the server why he is being so rude to them. I waited 20 more minutes(!) for my order, and when I finally was allowed to pay for it, they didn’t give me my receipt, just told me the total and that’s it. After I paid, I asked if I can have my receipt as I’ve never seen it. When the server gave it to me, I found out there is actually a service gratuity of 10% added to the check.The server didn’t say a word about it and didn’t even give me my receipt at first, so I could know what I’m paying for. I have always tipped them 20% on take outs, so I don’t mind, but they should let the customer know about any additional charges beforehand and they HAVE to provide at least average service for them to charge a gratuity from a customer for take out. I really hope the management will do something about this horrible service, as I have always loved this place and this all just so sad.

Stopped in while in town for the day. Wasn't sure what to expect as it was a busy lunch and they seemed a little understaffed and there were 6 of us, but what a nice surprise. The service and food was fast. The rolls were fresh and large and the prices seemed more then reasonable. Will stop by again next time were in town.

This place has super fresh sushi. The facilities are extraordinarily clean with social distance and above and beyond amenities. The staff is very friendly, prompt, and respectful. They also accommodate food allergies. Can’t wait to come back and try hibachi!

Literally so good every single thing we ordered, perfect temperatures and amazing service definitely recommend
