I hadn't shopped for a new phone in years and was dreading the process until I met Mel Powell at the Rocky Mount Verizon store. Mr. Powell was an extremely well mannered and knowledgeable salesman and he made the process enjoyable and easy. I would highly recommend anyone that needs assistance with Verizon services or devices to go visit the Rocky Mount branch and if he's available ask for Mr. Powell.
