There was some miscommunication in the beginning but it was during the Christmas holidays. They made a special effort on Christmas day to bring out the oxygen machine with a wonderful attitude. They have kept in close communication since and apologized for any mishaps.
They know why...............
Worst place ever! The owner tried calling me twice and I returned his phone call both times! Apparently the second time he was on the phone with someone and couldn’t call me back and had someone else call me back who knew absolutely nothing about anything! And then I never received one bill in the mail till they tried calling twice and the bill is over 200$. They are not organized at all! If you are thinking about using this place please do not they are the worst! Hopefully this saves someone else from having to go through all this mess.
This company does not stock necessary supplies for the equipment they lease, to the point of risking the patient's health. The staff lacks customer service skills. Always review your bills and compare to EOBs.
