Would give no stars if possible. Slimey, arrogant, terrible salesman. Do NOT get your devices or services here at all!!! They do not honor Verizon Corporate policy and only try to force you into making poor buying decisions. I've been in the industry for YEARS!!!! Go to corporate. These people are a pathetic joke. Quote me on that.
Mr. Steven Wean is the most knowledge and helpful representative I have ever talked with. Any question I have, he is willing to go above and beyond to find the answer. He's always willing to help and give up his time to help. I highly encourage anyone to work with him. It is well worth it for excellent customer service.
I came to meet my best friend while she was waiting to upgrade her phone as we were waiting she mentioned me upgrading my phone and her salesperson Steven was right on it. He ran some numbers for me and I ended up getting a new phone and Apple Watch. I was with another phone company for years but his customer service automatically made me consider switching over. I work in retail and it’s very hard to find people who will go that extra mile to make sure you get that unforgettable experience and that’s exactly what he did. I will be sending people to see him very soon. Thank you so much to him and all the other wonderful people on the team !
Steven Wean did a great job helping me set up my new iPhone! I upgraded from my 8 to a 10R and he was so helpful in moving my stuff over. He did things quickly and efficiently. He had a fantastic personality that put me completely at ease, and made me smile! I will definitely be visiting this location in the future for my cell phone needs!
Had a complicated situation, was not looking forward to spending hours in the store to fix it. Steven was on it immediately!! We ended up having to change things but Steven explained everything and all my options . He even sent me omw and called me when he had everything fixed. Verizon is lucky to have him!!! Its a relief to have a contact I can reach out to by name. Love it!!! Thanks Steven!!! Great job!!!
