I've always had a great experience shopping at BitterSweet, both the Richmond and Charlottesville locations. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I definitely plan on returning soon.

Love this little boutique. It’s a Cville treasure!
Went in yesterday and the women working didn’t even bother to say hello. They weren’t busy so it’s not like she was occupied. Only one other couple in the store.
Seriously over priced. So much of it is poor quality and only fits very tiny women. Also their customer service was awful both times I visited.
