Had an alignment done one my truck. I showed up around 9am and they were able to fit me right in and finish the job quickly. I asked them to grease my front end for me and they did it at no charge.nnSame company, new owners but still some of the same staff from years and years ago. Great place to get tires or have your vehicled serviced.

Understand, I NEVER write reviews although I should. I have to write this one because of the amazing experience I had with Scott at K & K tire.nMy son traveled to Bristol from Jacksonville, FL and hit a rock in the road, destroying his tire and wheel. I was able to work with Scott who worked with me over the phone with different options. It was going to cost me hundreds of dollars to replace both the tire and the wheel but Scott gave me an option that saved me a lot of money to get him home (less than $100). When you can find someone you can truly trust, I want others to know as I would want them to let me know. You definitely can trust this guy and I don't say this lightly. If I ever get to Bristol, I'm buying you lunch!nThanks Scott!! Go see this guy. You won't be sorry.

Pre-ordered wheels and tires from Tire Rack. These guys called me when they arrived, and when I arrived the next day, had them mounted, balanced and ready for install. Phenomenal customer service.

Little off the beaten path but well worth the trip. Friendly workers, clean business, good tires at good prices.
