The salesman was knowledgeable and did not push us to buy outside of our budget. He helped us make the best choice for our needs within the budget guidelines we gave him. We were not expecting that when we walked in and saw the high end prices near the front door. We feel we still received the best quality available by taking advantage of a great sale and having a salesman who really knew the product. We are now customers for life! Thanks, Tim!

Was pleasantly surprised with our experience here. No high pressure sales! Our salesman was courteous and knowledgeable. After determining the level of softness we were most comfortable with, he had had try 3 brands of that level to ensure we bought what we truly wanted, versus what we thought we wanted. I recommend this store!

I went in with a very narrow view with what I thought I wanted or what I thought would work for me. The atmosphere was very welcoming and light hearted. The sales rep. was always available to answer questions, but never hovered over us. We were free to explore and compare. Our sales rep, Tim B., was so very helpful. He was very attentive to my specials needs, being in a wheelchair, Tim offered to give me assistance with transferring from my chair to the beds, so that I could test the mattresses I was interested in. Mattress Firm has earned a customer for life from that one action. Their great quality of stock, phenomenal sales and unbeatable staff will keep you coming back.
