We went to visit with our daughter and her family and stopped by here to get a quick bite to eat. This place is Excellent! They have much more than Ice Cream. The food was delicious and service was quick. And the owners and employees are all very nice.
Quite possibly the best soft serve I've ever had. Many different flavors, I hope to try them all some day. I've had black raspberry, peanut butter, lemon, and a few others but those 3 are the best ones I've had. The ice cream melts slower than most soft serve places, which is great. Keeps it from becoming a sticky mess. But, why did I take off 2 stars from what should be a 5 star review? The ice cream is sometimes powdery. Gritty. Half the time I get ice cream from this place, it's gritty. It happens with all the flavors I've had. When it's not gritty and powdery, the ice cream is completely perfect. When it is, however, it's very unenjoyable. The powder collects at the room of my mouth, becoming sort of a gummy consistency. It's definitely not pleasant. If this was changed so the ice cream wasn't powdery half the time, I would give it 5 stars. But for now, it's 3. I hope this can be changed, because sometimes I'm reluctant to go here because I'm sort of gambling with whether or not it will be an enjoyable ice cream cone.
