Just called and asked a simple question about delivery of firewood, was greeted by quite possible the most unpleasant woman I've ever talked to. If you run a business, you should be even the least bit engaged when it comes to customer service. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Nice work deflecting customers. What a joke.
