Nice store. Friendly, helpful & polite staff. Quality bakery. Balloon service available. Wide variety of grocery items. Love their ready made yogurt/fruit parfaits. Makes a perfect snack for busy days. Good prices.
Been shopping at the West Brookfield location for 13 years and I have always liked it until about a year ago. I don’t know what changed but the items I need are out of stock often, there are NEVER enough cashiers anymore. I went there today and could not believe what a mess it was. I even overheard another customer ask a deli employee if there was any place else in the area to shop. A lot of shelves were empty, the produce was pathetic. Not any broccoli to be found and the melon looked like a sponge. I left and went somewhere else. Probably won’t go back except for something quick out of sheer convenience cause I live 5 minutes away. Will definitely not do a regular shopping there anymore. They were out of too many things I needed that I had to go elsewhere for. And the rewards program frequently misses taking off my coupons on legitimate purchases. I am done!
Just need more selection in taco. There were no crunchy shells and only bowls and 2 soft taco kit sets. But overall north Brookfield did an amazing job on remodel.
Always an amazing experience. Superb customer service each time. Very good prices on every product.
Hannaford a is trying to get better , the recent shuffle is frustrating , the purchasing agent successfully discontinued almost everything I bought , today those same items are back and often sold out or last one , l tried a comment before but the former purchaser wasn't taking comments , hmmmm .nI think the cashier's are great , always pleasant , now to end the Corona hype
