The staff here were amazing! They gave me free samples, a nice decorative bag and the cookies were very good too!

They don’t like local people at Alamoana. Waited in line to pay. When it was my turn, the second cashier ran away, then one of their floor workers just cut a tourist in front of me without acknowledging me or giving a reason why the customer needs to pay right away. I put their stuff back and went to Big Island candies where their staff is friendlier. Honolulu Cookie’s best store was at the old Ward center which is now closed. ud83dude41. Not worth advertising to my mainland friends anymore.

All good stuff. Yummy cookies (I don't eat cookies much) . Branding and packaging is dialed in. I have the pleasure of being aquatinted with the family owners and President. it has not impacted my review, but I did have to give my congrats to them for building and operating a business that I have admired for years. Their cookies are a go-to gift for my Australian and Japanese family who is visiting, and our client on the mainland US. Very thoughtful design and flavors. They have class.
