Today my experience at Verizon wireless was excellent. The associate David was informative, he also had a great detail on all the plans and everything worked and he also handled the transfer from straight talk to Verizon with excellent customer service. He was well spoken, patient, and calm he also had customer service skills that others could learn from. Also the atmosphere of the store was inviting and calm the other associate were polite.
My husband being in the military we have been to many Verizon stores. Being in the Verizon store in Brookings sd was by far the best experience I ever had!! Brad had my phone working in minutes. Thank you very much! Great job!
very helpful! stayed a little late to get my stuff done & set up! are absolutely wonderful to work with there! Matt was very helpful got me set up with everything! I have been to many Verizon’s an this is by far my favorite place to go an the most helpful!
