Walker has been extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable the couple of times I have gone in for assistance. He makes informed recommendations so I know about the different options but let's me decide what is best for me. He gets me set up quickly and offers help without making me feel like a dinosaur ud83dude01. I would recommend his friendly help & Cricket service to anyone.
I was helped by Nathan. He was very knowledgeable about phone capabilities and the few questions he did not know off hand, he was able to look up the answers. He explained that if for some reason my phone did not work out how I expected I had a 7 day return period. He even went above and beyond when my contacts would not transfer through Bluetooth, he gave me a SD card and he spent time talking me through steps in order to make sure I knew how to transfer my information from my old phone to my new one. He also said he would be willing to step me through any other questions I came across over the phone and to just call back in.
Everytime I go in the store I am always greeted with a friendly smile. He is always helpful and patience. Wonderful experience!
If I could give walker 10/5 I would he was the best, he helped me with all my problems and he answered every question I had. By far the best customer service I've ever had. Hope he never leaves i will be telling all of my friends about Cricket!!!!
