My husband and I went here the other day and today, to check out some fish and fish supplies. We were greeted by Tim! He is just splendid! Extremely knowledgeable about what we were in for that day, he's personable, his staff is just the same and give off the same energy that he does. For me Petco has never been my first choice for good customer service, Tim and his team, however, have changed my mind. I will only be going to this location for my fur-baby and fish-baby needs. The husband and I left with our first Betta today.
Goid costumer service
I have 2 budgies that I bought on valentines day last year. They were only 10$ each and they were healthy and very entertaining and energetic. I buy all of there food from here and they always have quality pet food. I also bought 9 goldfish 6 years ago but only 6 survived until now. I also buy all of there food from here. They have a awesome staff that is very helpful.
Great variety of products. Very helpful staff. Love they carry not just costumes but actually functional jackets for our fur babies.
They usually have all the supplies that you need in stock.nnBut warning. Half the time when I go in, their fish look sick or are dead. I wouldn't risk it. Or I would have a quarentine tank ready to house the fish for at least 2 weeks.
