The store was kept up nicely. They had a better selection than other local pet stores I went to. Only reason for 4 stars is a guy kept walking around the store asking customers for $40 for gas and no employees kicked him out.
I Love Petco but I have a very hard time finding my dogs food. I usually have to go to two stores or another store to find it. He is an 8 month old GS and we feed him Royal Canin Puppy Food. Also I can never find canned Puppy Food. it is always gone. It just seems there is never enough Stock of Puppy Food. Not in the Brand I use.
The store was clean and arranged to support social distancing. The groomer was very nice, friendly, helpful, courteous, efficient, and professional. She trimmed and buffed our dog's nails skillfully. My wife and I were very pleased and plan to come back again
Terrible inventory control. Quantity displayed online does not sync with in-store amount. Not my first experience with this. In-store service is good however.
Knowledgeable staff helps us make decisions for our pets. You have to pick who you talk to find one that truly loves working there and spends the time to work with you to come up with the best decisions for your pets care. As in all businesses there are those that come to work for the money and there are those that come to work because they love what they do. It does not take long to figure out which is which.
