Excellent place to do business but you have to do your homework first. Homework meaning researches online to get fair market values. Be willing to haggle and be ready to walk away if it doesn't work out. If it doesn't work out, come back another day, or talk to someone different. I've gotten some great deals in both selling my stuff and buying stuff from them.

I could not believe how nice these people were. I was in need of some cash for an unexpected bill and was surprised they gave me more than I needed. Everyone that came in seemed to know the employee and used first names. It was a relaxing experience and seemed like a family environment.

Worst pawn shop I have ever been to, I have taken quality tools in several times, and they always say they aren’t interested. I was there today with gold earrings that they said were real gold and asked how much I was looking to get and I replied whatever you’ll give me for them and then he replies back actually I’m not interested.??? Other times I go in there they will say things like I gave too much money out already today sorry, or I can only give you 2% of the value because I don’t have the cash. The young kid is the worst along with the older grey haired man. The only time I did a deal with this place is when the two guys in their mid 30s were working. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be ripped off. I would recommend Debo’s pawn in Bozeman, they always give fair prices most times more than what I’m asking for. I would give them no stars if I could. I can’t believe they are in business! I hope this helps someone.

The best pawn shop , I ever visited .. I go in there all the time and have brought many excellent tools .. very very reasonable and honest folks both the dad and the son work there .. both are great
