Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!nThese guys and Verizon have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The so called customer service reps in the store actually have no ability to do anything other than push the buttons Verizon provides. If you have a real issue they give you a run around and then have you call multiple Verizon customer service numbers which also give you the run around. You will get no actual results from any if it. In my experience their reps are unclear in explaining things and/or lie about how long promotions last and give you no reasons that make any sense for what the company does. I advise you not to give them your business. They are not there to do anything than collect as much money from you as they can.nI talked to four different people who were able to get an iPhone 12 128 GB for $12/month but when I asked for the same deal they told me the best they could do was $17/month. Despite two visits and over an hour spent in the store there was never an answer that made any sense as to why my 4 family members could get the same phone for $120 less (over the course of a 2 year contract) than I could. They definitely discriminate and manipulate.nThey also messed up my phone so that I was only receiving half of my texts.

Jonathan post of Verizon in Rigby Idaho deserves a pay raise and a trip to the Bahamas for his excellent service for figuring out the problems on my cell phone.

Guy that helped me out was super chill and was very nice. His customer service was impressive. If I had his name I would post it as well but unfortunately I don't. At any rate I would say this may be one of the best Verizon stores I have been in. Thank you man!
