Karen helped me pick out the most perfect pair of shoes!! I was so indecisive about two pairs and she went the extra mile and brought out pads to put in my heels to make them fit all snug! I really appreciated her company and friendliness. I’ll definitely be back to buy more shoes because of awesome people like Karen!!

Shoe depot is just one of those please where are you never know what you’re going to get or what’s in stock. Combine that with poor customer service and a lack of products to choose from it doesn’t make for a great shopping experience.

They have a really good selection here with better prices than we've found other places. It's become the first place we look.

Large selection of different types of shoes. Seemed a little cluttered and understaffed.

Very friendly employees. They check in every once in awhile to see if you're finding what you need and don't hang over you. The store is well laid out and nice selection of shoes.
