Idaho Falls VA Clinic

Today the Idaho Falls VA called me to cancel yet again, ANOTHER mental health appointment. This is the fourth time they have wanted to re-schedule, each time with an empty apology offering another empty promise of being able to speak to my mental health provider. It's funny, Vets are coaxed into seeking help and to shrug off the stigma of seeing mental health. Then mental health gives you drugs that don't work, and never want to talk to you again... What a joke.

This VA clinic hands down the best little VA clinic that there is. Deserves to be a 10+. Veterans at this location are their 1# 1 priority. Treated with respect and kindness. I have been to several VA clinics and in no way felt as important as I do here. I have had more of my medical issues addressed at this VA then I ever did in California. My problems are taken seriously here and I now for once fell comfortable enough to actually tell the Doctor or my therapist what my issues are and they are addressed immediately, not let's wait 6 months and then see how you feel. As you can tell I am a Hugh fan of this clinic. Thank you Idaho Falls VA

Came in with acute pain symptoms of a possible kidney or Urinary Tract Infection... They received me into an examination room within 10 minutes or less... Receptionist, Gayleen was very concerned and professional... Dr. Butler's nurse, Melanie was also professional and concerned... Great staff and FANTASTIC support... Love this new facility...
