Creekside - Mountain View Ambulatory Surgery Center

Horrible experience! the gal at the front not wearing a mask but then rudely expects us to put one on. Nurses are rude and act like they hate their jobs. the transition from taking my child is Horrible. Way better experience with my oldest at eirmc. They allow you to be with your child until they are sedated so that they aren't so traumatized. Absolutely hate this place.

My son was scheduled to have a procedure done and Creekside had the information they needed to file with my insurance 1 1/2 months in advance. They called us 3 days before the appointment and said that our insurance hadn’t responded back to them so we would have to sign saying we would be liable for everything should insurance not cover it. Turns out they forgot to turn in the information they had to our insurance causing us to have to cancel 2 doctors appointments and reschedule the procedure for a month and a half farther out. If they would have been more honest upfront about not having filed the paperwork we could have rushed it through my insurance, but in an effort to divert blame they caused a lot of unnecessary hassle, and have lost any future business from me.

Everything from start - checking in- to check out went very well. They were behind but not due to staff or anything it's just how operations go if doctors run into issues. Great staff all during my procedures and especially in the recovery room. took care of recovery issues with no questions asked and gave me time to recover at my own rate and no push to get me out. Thanks to everyone involved. I would use them again.

I was so impressed from the time I walked in and was wheeled out. The entire staff was amazing. They were so kindud83dude0a. Thank for taking such good care of me. Dr. Poulter.. you rock. St. Jude guys...I think will become best buddies. Rocky Mountain Hospital and subsidiaries you are the best. My only recommendation would be to get vending machines for those who are waiting.
