Visitors from out of town. Flat tire. Rick put in 4 new heavy duty tubes. No more sticker issues. He got right on it and told us where get get some street tacos. Great guy. 5 stars!

I drive all the way from Kimberly to have anything done. Thats how much I recommend them.

My son's bike wheel got bent. We wanted to go for a ride that day so I called up Rock's to see if they could fix it. This was on a Saturday. He said no problem, told me how long they would be in so I could get it in within the time-frame. Got there, dropped it off, told me it should be done within about an hour so I ran some errands. Came back to pick it up & it was done right on time. Not only that but he charged me even less than he quoted (which was extremely reasonable to begin with, I seriously would have payed double without blinking an eye).nnCouldn't be more happy with the service and price. They fixed the bent wheel, found something that needed fixed that I over-looked & took care of all of it for far less than I expected. Not only did they do a great job, they did it super quick on a Saturday. You're not going to find better service for what they do, especially in Burley where customer service is usually very hard to come by.

Rock has always been the guy to go to. I live in Arizona now and still made sure to do business with him. Did everything he said he would and got the bike sent out to me. Great place, great products, great service. 5 stars all day long.
