Shoe Dept. Encore

I love shoes!!! I love stores with helpful employees and great management. It makes the experience of shopping so much more pleasant. l go into this store at different times in the day and season. I always find such great deals and the customer service is so uplifting helpful and informative. I work in a salon and my clients always love my newest shoe trends. I have collected alot since this store has opened. Im so grateful for this store in our little town.

Good to have options, but doesn't help when no customer service is willing to acknowledge you. Standing 15 feet away 3 employees at the desk. Not one asked if I needed anything which I did. Not the best service while they are sitting on the ground in their cubby hole.

I can always find a good comfortable shoe at a very affordable price.

Nice clean shoe store with a rather large selection and variety of styles of shoes. Great and friendly customer service. Normally I shop in Twin Falls, but happened to be in Burley this day. Glad I went in and looked around.

Awesome customer service, good selection but I do have to say the people in our town could use better home training! Cheers to the manager who smiled and said it's her job and she's happy to do it!
