Amazing!!! Great food, great service and reasonably priced. The chicken strips/starter was freshly made, not frozen from a bag! BEST chicken strips we've ever had! Our daughter loved the fresh fruit and whipped cream. Our burgers were perfectly cooked and tasted incredible. We had sweet potato fries, onion rings and everything was fantastic! We had this cute little 18-year-old server and she was top-notch. Our experience couldn't have been better.

I have been twice and both times were great! A Saturday afternoon was empty and Thursday evening was much more busy. The food is exceptional! The burgers I ordered were both top notch. Fries were crispy and delicious as well. Service was slow, but the place was busy on a Thursday. When we went up to ask for our ticket because we had been waiting awhile, management jumped and made sure there wasn’t anything we needed to make it right and apologized for the wait. Super nice staff!!

I ordered the fish sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The fillet is HUGE and the texture was absolutely excellent. The flavor was fantastic. My group also ordered the nacho fries (get these), the firecracker shrimp (so-so), buffalo wings (pretty good), and the apple goo desert (delicious). I would absolutely come back here to eat again.

First time trying Burger Theory, and I can’t say I’d really want to go back. The server barely was able to get our drink orders correct (maybe write them down next time). The food orders were not complete, and we had to remind them about the requested sides, napkins, and silverware. Two of the burgers were missing extra items requested. The beer really did seem watered down, and was a comment made from our group with several different ones on tap. It’s also really annoying when the food is brought out and they can’t remember who ordered what. The burger was okay, but not great. Maybe the missing requests would have made it better? Small details matter. I’m big on supporting the local food scene, but there’s other options in town that get the customer service right, as well as the prepared food.

Yum! I can't get over this food! Now I am not a big burger person so I got their fried chicken and fries. Their chicken is so far my new favorite fried chicken from a restaurant. Their fries are real! They tasted so great. All their food is real, so come here for quality.
