Finest steak house that I am aware of. Sources his Wagyu from the highest quality. Occasionally has Elite level meats. I mean the type you pay for once every couple years because they are so special. Just a fantastic place with a unique feel. The dining experience is unique. This is a place where you go for the food.nIt is pricey but the steak you buy is second to none. I’ve been working on my steak craft for nearly 3 years now. Dedicating hours and hours to perfecting my steaks. They are at least 15-20% less good than Jays. He is truly a master.nLove this place!

We were in Idaho falls and decided to try something new, stumbled upon this gem and the food was superb. One of the best meals we have had, even compared to the many larger city fine dining experiences we've had. The lamb lollipops fell off the bone and the flavor was unreal. The steak wagyu literally melted in your mouth. The chicken and shrimp dish was excellent and the sides were even phenomenal. The drinks were delicious and the staff were very receptive and happy to offer input on drink recommendations and the like. We will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family to try this place out! It is pricey, but you are paying for what you get and truly it is priced accordingly.

My boyfriend and I ate here for Valentine's Day 2021 the staff was so incredibly kind the food was fresh hot and delicious and the drinks where delightful. The restrooms were very clean and the atmosphere was inviting for our dining experience. We loved every moment of our time there. We will definitely be coming back again and again and can't wait to tell all of our friends about our amazing experience eating at this restaurant

Food and service were second to nine. Great selection of bourbons. Atmosphere is very Electic. Will be back.

Fantastic. The chef sat us and checked on us during our meal. Food tasted like it should and exceeded expectations. A little pricey, but you are getting quality top of the line ingredients that are shipped there fresh.
