This was such an awesome place to discover tonight with good friends and family. Staying in Idaho Falls tonight, we took the 25 minute drive to Menan. Having heard how great their famous steaks were, we were pretty excited to Chow down. When we arrived, we were greeted by the fantastic crew, and ordered the prime rib, fish-and-chips, and a steak. Some of the best prime rib that I've had in a long time, tender juicy and cooked a perfect medium rare! The Artichoke petals are crispy and seasoned just right, and they have a great selection of liquor, wine and beer. Jeanne was our server and knocked it out of the park! As a restaurant owner and operator myself, Teton House was a very welcomed treat for the four of us. Will be back and will definitely tell folks about it! Cheers!

10 stars!! Our server was great! He was patient with us, knew the specials, and gave excellent recommendations. He was attentive and charismatic - not overbearing or pushy. He was just FANTASTIC! And the food...AMAZING!! I had a flat iron steak that was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Some in our party had seafood - scallops and shrimp. I know having seafood in Idaho is a hit sketchy unless its breaded and deep fried. The scallops were fresh and tender as was the shrimp. I don't have words for how wonderful the food is. I'm sure you can't go wrong with their menu. It's a small building so make your reservation early!

Very nice place. Good atmosphere. The service was good. The server was friendly. The food was good other than an overcooked steak. It did take us an hour to get our food, but the place was packed so it was understandable. We'll go back again. It was worth the drive.

Amazing experience. From the young lady at the entrance (I didn’t get her name, short red hair) who was extremely welcoming, even though we booked the reservation at the wrong location to our waitress Alma who’s food suggestions were spot on and her service was incredible! Also, props to the Chef/s who cooked our meals to perfection. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem.nnA.M

Great food. Fun server. Definitely will eat here again when in the area. Gets crowded seating is limited get reservation if you can. As with anything wrapped in bacon the jalapeno appetizer is great.
