Wow!! REAL AUTHENTIC ITALIAN FOOD! Their Lobster Ravioli is Amazing, Shrimp Scampi with Alfredo Pasta another Amazing dish, And their BBQ Lobster with Alfredo pasta is delicious!!! The atmosphere is romantic and casual with Italian music playing in the background. This is a place I will be visiting when I'm in town! Thanks Ragazzi wait staff. Your service was awesome! The most HORRIBLE customer service I have ever received in my entire life! BEWARE because at this restaurant the customer is NEVER right even when your food comes to you stone cold & wrong. Such a shame because such a nice little restaurant that was really good on our 1st visit. 2nd time however turned into a horrible experience involving the police. I'll I can say is beware & read other reviews about how customers were treated when they were unhappy with their service. Good luck & God bless.
Fabulous food & service.nThe seafood was cooked to perfection (not over nor under), also the sauces & pasta.nGood drinks, coffee & dessertsnGreat ambiance & decor.nPriced right.nnDefinitely a diamond in the rough, an unexpected pleasure to find such an awesome place here in Nogales, AZ.nnBack again for third time.
We ate here Monday and Wednesday night. I loved how the girls worked as a team. Both girls were very professional. The food was so good that we had to go back again. 10/10
