I had a small manufacturing issue with the item I ordered (bridesmaid dress for my wedding!) so I reached out with photos and within 24 hours they responded with a solution that I was very happy with! This is my favorite boutique and one of the only places I shop at! Their clothing is always cute and so stylish, and their customer service is impeccable! I reached out to them asking about an order that was taking awhile to ship. The customer service team was on it immediately with updates and an explanation as to why it was running behind!
