Doctor ordered me an MRI from here. I was told that they would reach out to me in 24-48 hours to schedule my MRI. 48 hours passes, so I call them and they hadn’t even started the process of sending an authorization to get the MRI approved. They finally sent the auth (I had to call them to do so since they hadn’t done anything yet themselves)...then I was told that I would receive a call in 24-48 hours to get the MRI scheduled. Still no call. I call them again and they say the same thing. I wait another 48 hours, still receive no call from them. I call them again and am told the same thing. I will probably have to call them again tomorrow because no chance they ever call me to schedule the MRI. Never going here again. I work in healthcare as a clinic manager and deal with angry patients all the time so I understand they can’t please everyone, but this place needs to figure it out. My ligaments will probably be healed by the time they finally call me to schedule the MRI.
