Growing up in Kemmerer I have always been grateful for the hospital and their friendly and welcoming staff. However over the last few years there have been a lot of changes in staff and management that I feel have greatly affected the overall quality of this facility.nnMelissa Cassidy is the manager of the acute care floor where my sister has been admitted, and Melissa has been anything but welcoming or friendly since the moment my sister arrived. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that my sisters stay is uncomfortable as well as cut short because she doesn't agree with why she is there. She has acted completely unprofessional throughout my sisters entire stay thus far and, in my opinion, has thrown the book of ethics out the window.nnI understand Melissa may not agree with why a patient is there, but I also feel she owes each patient the same respect as the next, as she is the one that chose this profession.nnFor the most part I think the staff and management have been GREAT! They have stepped up and taken great care of my sister even in the face of their own manager not doing so, and for those employees I am grateful.nnThe reason I am giving this facility a 1 star rating is because I feel that if it weren't for the select few employees that are working hard and doing their job professionally, Melissa would have thrown my sister out. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what we have gone through.

They just play a money game, you wait forever, and they dont always look at what wrong they just say a couple of things, and one time I went there they said I broke my wrist in two places and put me in a cast I ended up tearing some ligaments and another time I went there when I rolled my ankle bad they said I sprained it bad which was true but they put me in a half cast, which was a kind of a split and they didnt even wrap it right so they ended up causing even more damage to my ankle. The only thing I am happy with this hospital is that the staff is really nice.

The clinic also looked and FELT nice and sanitized and clean!!!

Friendly, fun nursing staff, encourages spoiling their clients, sign on bonus and excellent pay, places for nursing staff to stsy in bad weather
