Evanston Regional Hospital

I only trust Heather to touch my face and lips! So I will go wherever she goes! She just gets it and knows her product and what each of her clients need. I have a problem with scarring and Heather uses the fraxel on them to soften, lighten and flatten them. I have also had amazing results with the fraxel facial. My skin was glowing and flawless! Heather amazes me with her knowledge and skill. I will only be going to Center For Aesthetic Medicine and Human Performance from now on.

How is this place not shut down? Some really nice people work here but In general this place is more likely to lead to your death than accurately diagnose or treat you for anything. Go to park city.

This hospital doesn't even deserve the one star!nMy son hurt his knee in a basket ball game, so we took him to the ER as a last resort, our local urgent care was closed and they are the BEST! We go to the ER and it took 3 hours & he received no meds for pain we got to see the young female Doctor once and it was just to say she can’t do anything at the end of the 3 our visit! She gave me an excuse on how they have limited resources because it’s the emergency room and an X ray won’t show anything because his growth plates are open! The Doctor didn’t order an MRI even though she said that’s the only way to see what’s wrong! She told us to go some place else and she also told him he can go back to playing basketball the next day?! I was shocked because I had told her he breaks bones really easy and she just didn’t care what so ever! I then took my son into our local urgent care the next day and they were on it and ordered an MRI for my son and reluctantly we had it sent to the Evanston Hospital, 3 days go by with me calling Several times to make his appointment & Central scheduling telling me they didn’t get any order form?! The urgent care had sent it three times and then I called the same lady I had been dealing with in Central scheduling department and she said she had just got it after I pitched a fit. The lady then told me that it will take 48 hours for preauthorization so I called my insurance and the women never even put the preauthorization in?! This hospital doesn’t care how much pain or how urgent anything is and trust me when I say, they are NOT BUSY!!!! I told the lady at Central scheduling to forget about it because i’m going someplace else because my son is in so much pain! I have never had any luck with this hospital because of the massive mistakes they have made over the years with my kids and myself! I avoid this hospital all costs! I recommend you go to park city because Evanston Regional Hospital will be NO HELP!!!!

Hands down best ER I have ever been to. On vacation and had a kidney stone attack. Within 5mn of arriving I had iv going and within an hour passed the stone. Professionalism was outstanding!! Thank you

Eric performed my procedure and he was incredibly professional and a great instructor to his men-tee. As a patient, I received everything I expect from a professional medical practitioner plus more!
