The O’Reilly’s team was such a lifesaver today when the alternator we ordered refused to bolt down. Even though they aren’t required to help, they still went out of their way to help us, as we were broken down in the parking lot. We seriously would’ve never made it out without their amazing customer support and know-how.

They need to work with regional managers on accepting the same promotions that online provides. Walked in their and per rules they were not allowed to honor the discount code. It's frustrating because if I need items when I order online it takes days and days to get here when I would like to walk out of the store with what I need to do my projects. Because of this the store missed out on $100 sale and instead I went next door to NAPA. Displeased as all stores if they would like the sale should be allowed to offer the same incentives.
