They have a good selection compared to the other stores I've stopped in, covid has slowed shipping from China

Went in looking to buy some fireworks and got great customer service. The guy that helped me was very helpful... Thank you guys very awesome shop.

This place is full during firework season. Just make sure to get there a few weeks before to avoid the rush and the upcharge on the day of. Bit they always stay stocked with plenty of merchandise so you know you will find exactly what you need.

Went in today in hopes to buy some fireworks. To begin with the store isn’t following social distancing measures at any means. The store was extremely crowded, and you couldn’t even properly look at any fireworks. Your employees can’t answer questions about bans in the county either. We asked about aerial bans and the girl was like “bans?” And we repeated again. She then told us “no there isn’t any bans.” She’s wrong. There are bans. Then I picked up two boxes of tanks, for $0.99, buy one and get one free. I wasn’t sure if the box full of 12 tanks was $0.99 or if it was one tank for $0.99 and you get another tank for free. So my boyfriend and I are standing there thinking what else do we get. We had two boxes in the cart and this lady walked up and said “that isn’t the price for the whole box” yet we HAD NOT EVEN ASKED HER. She came up, and said it rudely. Couldn’t say hello, how are y’all doing or if we needed any assistance. Ridiculous. I got upset and I told her “well then y’all should have the boxes open.” And she ignored me, and walked away from me. She went up to two young men, and started complaining to them that they need to open the boxes up because “there is too much confusion about prices.” So then I walked back up to them, and I handed one of the young men the boxes and he just looked at me and snatched them from me. I said “you’re welcome.” You all have lost my business this year because your employees are so rude and uncaring.
