Brought my 16 year old in because he had been sick for five days and we thought he may need antibiotics. I told the clerk when checking in that I had to leave for a doctor appointment of my own. AFTER I leave, my kid calls to tell me they won't treat him because he's a minor.nnSo, let me get this straight - a kid could tested and treated for an STD without their parent's permission (it's literally in NM law) but can't see a doctor for anything else? Since when?nnI was driving myself to doctor appointments when I was 15. Since when did a teenager need a guardian to see a doctor?nnAnd why would they not tell me that they wouldn't treat my kid if I left WHEN WE WERE CHECKING IN?!nnWe'll stick to the urgent care across the street next time we just need to determine if antibiotics are needed or not.

Stomach pains, same type and place I had as a child when we were told my liver was inflamed. They said it couldn’t be my liver and scheduled an ultrasound. The ultrasound found lesions on my liver. I was told I needed a catscan for them to find out what was wrong. I can not get them to get it scheduled. It’s been 10 months and they keep telling me they will call once they have it scheduled every time I call.nDo not go here if you are not insured. I always pay cash but since I am self insured they are not worried about my health. Currently looking for a good primary doctor not associated with the Lovelace Clinic. You either have to be on Medicaid/Medicare or be insured for this clinic to care. I get pain so bad I double over and no one here cares.

The doctor was amazing. The front desk staff was awesome and friendly. They failed to call in my prescription for two days. I called multiple times and they finally filled two days after my diagnosed with ear infections, sinus infection, and bronchitis of the right lung. I suggest you wait there for them to call in or hand you a script. Friendliness doesn't mean much when we are there for meds and they drop the ball on getting them!

Been super pleased with the service and doctors(nurses) available at this place. The front staff is always friendly, and the medical staff even more friendly. Recommended.
