I was extremely happy with the Huron ATT Store! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me the phone I wanted and helped my get all set up. I really appreciated their customer service. I recommend them highly!
I hate to leave a bad review for the staff who work here because they are all very helpful when you finally get to see someone. However this store is chronically understaffed. I’ve had several waits of over half an hour before I could even conduct business. I’ve seen it happen to other people who come in after me as well.
The worst service I truly don’t recommend to stop by, I was there 3 days in a row trying to get info about a order that was cancel and they did not help me at all!! The manager was rude and kept tell me that it’s was not my fault but not his fault either!! There was another girl that’s really tried to help us out! Is the only one who really helps out!!
Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and always help with any technical questions and even personal suggestions. Couldn't find a better staff for a store like this. 5 stars!
Very disappointed with the lack of even standard professionalism with the staff at this store. From their presentation to how they interact with customers. There is clearly a lack of training how to present oneself as professional to the customer.
